Is YahyPay a bank?
No. YahyPay is a financial technology product operated by YaHy LLC. YahyPay is not a bank. Account services will be provided through licensed financial institutions and regulated partners, which will be disclosed in our terms at launch.
Do I need a US company or US address?
No. YahyPay is designed for businesses based outside the United States. You will need to complete business verification and provide valid company and owner documents.
Which countries are supported?
We will publish the full list of supported countries at launch. Customers in sanctioned jurisdictions cannot be served.
Which businesses are not eligible?
We do not serve prohibited or high-risk industries, including but not limited to gambling, adult content, weapons, illegal drugs, and unlicensed money services.
When can I start?
